Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support experience with thoughtful insights and concise responses.
  • Triage, research, and prioritize incoming issues using Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to senior team members as needed.
  • Develop technical solutions to assist customers in winning the digital shelf.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance to ensure solution completeness.
  • Represent the support team while collaborating with other groups.
  • Document processes and assist in training new team members.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages like Ruby/Python and tools like Git/GitHub.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent.
  • Desire to learn and guide others.
  • Known as a go-to person for help among peers.
  • Self-starter with a focus on team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Experience with standard support tools like Salesforce and Jira.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce industry challenges.
