Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support experience with thoughtful insights and concise responses.
- Triage, research, and prioritize incoming issues using Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to senior team members as needed.
- Develop technical solutions to assist customers in winning the digital shelf.
- Perform thorough quality assurance to ensure solution completeness.
- Represent the support team while collaborating with other groups.
- Document processes and assist in training new team members.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
- Working knowledge of programming languages like Ruby/Python and tools like Git/GitHub.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent.
- Desire to learn and guide others.
- Known as a go-to person for help among peers.
- Self-starter with a focus on team efficiency and collaboration.
- Experience with standard support tools like Salesforce and Jira.
- Fluent in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry challenges.
