Responsibilities
- Own the UI and presentation layer for role-based dashboards, scorecards, and internal workflow tools.
- Deliver end-to-end user stories spanning data consumption, visualizations, and user-facing workflows.
- Partner with the Product Owner and technical lead to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Break work into tasks, drive delivery, and own quality, testing, and operational monitoring.
- Iterate with executives, engineering managers, and developers to improve tool usability and fidelity.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic development workflows and share lessons with the team.
- Apply AI tools to improve development velocity and pioneer new engineering approaches.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of frontend or full-stack software engineering experience building data-rich interfaces and internal operational tools.
- Proficiency with a modern web stack such as TypeScript or JavaScript and a component-based UI framework, plus working knowledge of SQL and APIs or data services.
- Daily hands-on experience using AI-assisted and agentic development workflows with ownership of the resulting quality.
- Strong information-design judgment for making complex data clear and useful to non-technical audiences.
- Experience owning testing, monitoring, production support, and overall quality of shipped work.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and interest in growing toward broader ownership.
