Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable PEGA-based software solutions.
- Collaborate with distributed developers, quality assurance, project management, and product management teams.
- Contribute to technical design, process modeling, monitoring and reporting, task and service implementations, work management, event handling, integrations, work assignment, access and security, and versioning.
- Support business and production applications by analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and correcting defects.
- Implement and maintain quality code within PEGA Guardrails.
- Develop automated and manual unit tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or 3+ years of equivalent IT experience.
- Pega CSA and Pega CSSA certifications.
- At least three years of experience in business process management, business continuous improvement, or a related field.
- Process modeling and process definition skills, including extensive experience with Pega software.
- Understanding of BPM modeling and requirements tools.
- Business analysis, business design, business modeling, testing, and solution definition skills.
- Familiarity with AI.
- Track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in fast-paced and complex organizations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, verbal, and concise communication skills.
