Responsibilities
- Perform software functional and system tests and document results.
- Report test progress and risks to the senior team lead.
- Investigate defects and debug issues to help software engineers isolate problems.
- Design test plans, test cases, schedules, and other testing materials.
- Identify opportunities to automate test cases.
- Support continuous improvement tasks in coordination with other teams.
- Maintain required software documentation and project artifacts.
Requirements
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s systems and their impacts on workflows, procedures, and systems.
- Serve as a functional expert in one or more systems.
- Be willing to learn and develop software testing skills.
