Responsibilities
- Lead presales technology consulting and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to strengthen sales outcomes.
- Identify and map solutions for RFP/RFI responses and client pursuits, including high-level solution architecture, product versions, interfaces, partner solutions, and business-case justification.
- Define value propositions aligned with Finacle sales strategy, client business objectives, and technology requirements.
- Act as the primary solution and architecture advisor to senior IT decision influencers during pursuits.
- Lead customer-facing technology presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and workshops.
- Own solution sections of proposals and bids and support competitive positioning and pursuit documentation.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions and coordinate Sales, Presales, Product, Delivery, clients, and partners through deal closure.
- Identify alliance partners, fintech solutions, and new products or services needed for regional opportunities.
- Track and report pursuit progress, engagements, KPIs, and goals to senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to industry publications, analyst engagement, events, forums, and regional R&D initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience performing presales consulting or solution architecture across banks and/or banking vendor organizations.
- Strong understanding of banking and composable banking architectures, enterprise systems, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with leading core banking products or platforms, preferably in large multinational banks, startup banks, or similar environments.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, storytelling, workshop leadership, and relationship-building skills with senior banking leaders.
- Knowledge of banking industry ecosystems, forums, market trends, enterprise architecture practices, digital transformation, and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to work effectively with local and offshore teams and demonstrate high analytical ability, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, and quality awareness.
- A strong network within the banking or financial industry is preferred.
