Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions for the energy platform.
- Build and optimize high-performance backend services and data processing pipelines.
- Develop systems supporting a fleet of IoT devices and energy-flexibility management.
- Contribute to system reliability, security, performance, and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers across the organization.
- Lead code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor other engineers.
- Support continuous improvement and technical and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer working with backend development and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go and experience designing scalable services and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with MQTT, Modbus, and IEC104 communication protocols.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and practices.
- Experience with modern DevOps principles, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in impactful projects contributing to a sustainable future.
