Base Salary
$139k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own software design, development, testing, debugging, optimization, and continuous improvement across platforms.
- Develop scalable product features for asset management and unified approvals.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, customers, and engineering teams on customer-focused solutions.
- Mentor engineers, guide small- to medium-sized efforts, and contribute to planning and technical strategy.
- Identify dependencies, risks, planning gaps, and opportunities to improve engineering practices.
- Research technologies, pitch solutions, validate ideas through experimentation, and evaluate emerging tools.
- Ensure features are thoroughly tested, accessible, and performant under significant load.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- More than 5 years of programming experience with recent direct experience in React and Node.js.
- Strong modern JavaScript skills, including TypeScript and ES6.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, RDBMS, NoSQL, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with high-availability concepts and distributed or cloud-based systems using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience building applications conforming to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, design-presentation, research, and technical-pitching skills.
