Responsibilities
- Upgrade the global payment system architecture using payment-domain knowledge and system architecture capabilities.
- Develop disaster-tolerance and degradation strategies for system components to improve service stability.
- Build cross-region disaster-tolerance capabilities while maintaining data security and compliance.
- Analyze business processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure stable operation during peak periods.
- Introduce technologies and solutions based on business needs.
- Coordinate and drive key cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related software/system engineering field, or equivalent working experience.
- Good programming experience with high-concurrency or complex business systems and service management.
- Proficiency in at least one of C++, Java, Go, Python, or Shell.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive, self-driven, responsible, collaborative, and effective in team communication.
- Payment-industry background is preferred.
