Responsibilities
- Design and build new functionalities and solutions for client use cases using Data&AI cloud technologies.
- Build AI solutions and advanced analytics platforms.
- Perform data modeling, mapping, and integration between source and target systems.
- Act as a Data&AI subject-matter expert and advise clients and engagement teams.
- Define and estimate implementation work for data systems.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Data&AI solutions.
- Implement production-level enterprise deployments and modern application architectures.
- Collaborate with, support, and mentor team members.
- Support workshops, proofs of concept, product demonstrations, and other practice-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
- 2–6 years of experience building Data&AI solutions, including data engineering, optimization, modeling, and pipelines.
- Programming and development skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Experience with production-level enterprise deployments, DevOps/DataOps principles, and Git.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Fabric for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience building applications with LLMs, foundation models, APIs, frameworks, prompt engineering, and related techniques.
- Experience with modern application architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and Kubernetes containers.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Preferred experience with large international data implementation programs, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, data governance, data quality, GenAI, LLMs, ML technologies, NoSQL, graph databases, and additional programming or scripting languages including bash, Perl, Java, Scala, JavaScript, and C#.
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders and plan, track, and report deliverable status.
