Responsibilities
- Develop automated test scripts and execute automated and manual tests.
- Review functional requirements and technical designs to create test plans and detailed test cases.
- Track QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Help developers troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Participate in feature refinement sessions to understand business requirements.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Master of Science, or completed studies in software development.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Basic Git knowledge, including branches, checkout, commit, push, pull, and pull requests.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, preferably Provar, Bamboo, Cypress, or Cucumber.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is an advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce development and configuration is an advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
