Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack .NET solutions for EY’s Tax Technology practice.
- Estimate technical effort, create work breakdown structures, assess risks, and define solution-level approaches.
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain applications through their logical lifecycles.
- Manage stakeholders and maintain effective communication across teams.
- Contribute to application development methodologies, standards, and leading practices.
- Identify problems, evaluate causes and solutions, and lead appropriate resolutions.
- Build generative AI solutions using LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Provide supervision and direction to team members and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in full-stack .NET development.
- Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, TypeScript, Angular or Vue, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET.
- Strong SQL Server experience, including queries, stored procedures, database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.
- Mandatory Azure cloud expertise, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Monitoring, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience building generative AI solutions with LLMs, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or other agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Understanding of RAG, semantic search, vector search, hybrid search, embeddings, vector databases, and AI application security.
- Knowledge of Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong application design, development, implementation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Master’s degree, management experience, and tax or finance domain knowledge are preferred or advantageous.
