Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Lead development of models for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Guide model optimization, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Oversee secure, high-quality data engineering pipelines for large-scale processing.
- Implement and maintain MLOps/LLMOps processes for CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and model retraining.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and technically lead junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Stay current with AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or a similar technical domain.
- Deep proficiency in Python and one or more ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience deploying ML systems on cloud platforms, including AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Expertise in NLP, LLMs, transformers, computer vision, generative AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with MLOps and DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and DVC.
- Strong data engineering skills covering ETL, batch and streaming data, SQL/NoSQL, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams and owning delivery for large-scale technology projects.
- Background in enterprise automation, digital transformation, and AI-powered products is highly valued.
