Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, operational analytics, and generative AI solutions.
- Build AI-driven automation, knowledge management, search, RAG, and developer-assistance solutions to improve software engineering productivity.
- Transform research ideas into scalable, production-ready capabilities from concept through deployment.
- Provide technical leadership in AI/ML and influence product strategy, architecture, and technology direction.
- Collaborate with product management, architects, and engineering teams to identify and realize AI-driven business opportunities.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional experience.
- Strong software engineering experience, preferably with Python and cloud-native environments.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven systems.
- Experience building scalable applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI evaluation, safety, and reliability techniques; vector databases and semantic search; Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and modern AI tooling; and telecom networks, OSS/BSS, or network management systems.
