Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software solutions using software engineering best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and source control.
- Develop robust APIs and optimized queries for Microsoft SQL and MySQL databases.
- Debug production issues, deliver new features, and contribute to the solution roadmap.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Automate deployments and provision infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Implement, manage, and scale Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Collaborate with development teams on application architecture and deployment strategies.
- Integrate security into DevSecOps processes by analyzing and resolving Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience combining software development and DevOps.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and Django.
- Experience with .NET, Node-RED, or React is valued.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Expertise in relational databases, API development, and Git.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and secure infrastructure deployment.
- Strong background in Agile frameworks and service-oriented environments, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus.
