Responsibilities
- Implement and support cloud-based business systems and related DevOps processes for an e-commerce customer.
- Develop system designs and technical architectures with the Product Owner based on business requirements.
- Build backend systems using Spring Boot, RESTful interfaces, and event-driven architecture.
- Consult and guide the team on technical architecture and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with German colleagues in an international environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience with Java and Kotlin.
- Experience designing technical architecture and consulting or guiding a team.
- Solid experience with Spring Boot, RESTful interfaces, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, AWS, and web security.
- Good understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering processes.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is preferred.
