Responsibilities

Collaborate with traders to understand and implement trading strategies.
Develop, test, deploy, tune, and maintain applications and algorithms for trading teams.
Continuously improve the functionality and performance of strategy systems.

At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong programming skills.
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an interest in trading.
Prior experience in trading or related industries such as HFT or hedge funds.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Experience with JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin) or Python.
Advanced math and quantitative skills are a plus.
Experience in building user-facing applications and large-scale data pipelines is a plus.
