Responsibilities
- Lead functional, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and automated testing for ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, risk events, and risk profile reporting.
- Provide thought leadership, consultation, mentoring, and guidance for IRM and GRC testing design, development, and execution.
- Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases with product owners, developers, and process leads.
- Define and manage test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, and test data sets across GRC program towers and lines of defense.
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes and identify required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to testing strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.
- Promote and support automated CI/CT/CD pipeline implementation and ServiceNow ATF integration.
- Manage and lead the GRC program testing team.
Requirements
- Four or more years of hands-on GRC experience covering risk management, compliance management, risk reporting, and enterprise data management.
- At least four years of ServiceNow experience, especially ServiceNow IRM, and at least two years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM QA, functional testing, Integrated Risk Management, compliance tooling, control testing, issue management, incident management, and risk profile reporting.
- Knowledge of the STLC and at least one testing tool, with experience using ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing modules, or Bugzilla.
- Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and the testing lifecycle.
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration qualification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Java, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, large global financial institutions, documentation, communication, and defect tracking is preferred.
