Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions for web, API, and integrated systems.
- Create test strategies, plans, cases, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify risks, validate requirements, and improve product quality.
- Support performance, load, and scalability testing.
- Participate in product design and requirements reviews with quality-focused feedback.
- Investigate, document, and help resolve software defects and quality issues.
- Configure and improve test environments, tools, and processes.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve testing efficiency and product reliability.
- Mentor team members and share testing knowledge.
- Align testing activities with project timelines, business needs, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with API testing and automation using Playwright, REST Assured, Postman, or comparable solutions.
- Understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and Agile development practices.
- Experience testing distributed, multi-tier, or enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, and data validation techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
