Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases for effective coverage and quality validation.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, Python libraries, and test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers on test development, defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Prepare regression analysis reports and support timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Own regression testing and maintain and upgrade test environments in alignment with release content and project needs.
- Elicit customer requirements for test plans and test case design.
- Maintain 5S and safety practices in the laboratory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ECE, CSE, or IT), MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Robot Framework, Jenkins, Git, and Groovy.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Beckhoff systems.
- Knowledge of defect life cycle, STLC, and agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to procedures and guidelines, with a self-motivated and self-driven approach.
- Data analytics and AI/ML expertise is preferred.
- Elevator and escalator knowledge, and familiarity with KONE products and processes, are preferred.
