Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and scalability of enterprise IAM solutions focused on CIAM, PAM, and IGA.
- Architect IAM integrations across hybrid, multi-cloud, and SaaS environments.
- Design PAM capabilities including vaulting, session monitoring, credential rotation, and least-privilege models.
- Lead IGA integrations, identity lifecycle automation, role engineering, and access certification frameworks.
- Build provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and compliance automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Partner with HR, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on identity architecture.
- Architect and maintain identity federation and SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Establish standards for securing service accounts, API keys, secrets, and machine identities.
- Collaborate with Security Operations on ITDR, identity-risk monitoring, behavioral analytics, and anomalous access detection.
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior IAM engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
- Deep expertise in Zero Trust frameworks and modern IAM principles.
- Extensive experience with IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, and directory services.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance standards including NYDFS, HIPAA, and NIST.
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, and GCP IAM.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
