Acrisure is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable software for its insurance technology platform. The role is hybrid in Austin, with four days in the office, and offers the opportunity to mentor engineers while working across a modern cloud and data stack.

Build and maintain APIs, workflows, integrations, and internal tooling for underwriting and policy administration systems as a Software Engineer II. The role offers moderate independence, production ownership, and daily use of AI-assisted development tools in an onsite engineering environment.

Own and operate Acrisure’s Palantir environment as its hands-on platform architect, administrator, and cost steward. The role combines platform governance, reusable component development, FinOps, security controls, and technical leadership across an enterprise data platform.
