Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and customers to understand challenges and shape solutions.
- Design, test, code, instrument, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Support live applications through proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead team initiatives, make complex technical decisions, and advise Senior Managers.
- Mentor peers and strengthen engineering processes and continuous learning.
- Hold the team accountable for delivering quality results using defined OKRs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with C# and potentially Python, Docker, modern relational and NoSQL databases, ASP.NET APIs, Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern web UI frameworks.
- Ability to work with or quickly learn Helm, Argo CD, GitHub Actions, and GraphQL.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for keeping up with modern technologies and design.
