Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications and microservices.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, quality engineering teams, architects, and external partners across the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based coding agents to improve productivity, code quality, and solution delivery.
- Create technical documentation and follow security, compliance, and software engineering best practices.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and influence architectural decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing web applications and microservices with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and React or Angular.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, architecting, implementing, and deploying enterprise applications in on-premises and cloud-native environments.
- Strong expertise in software engineering practices, application architecture, and full software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based coding agents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with public cloud platforms, microservices architecture, API design, distributed systems, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools is preferred.
- Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and driving AI-enabled engineering innovation is preferred.
