Base Salary
$112k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture, development, deployment, lifecycle management, and production support.
- Lead stabilization and optimization of L1 and L3 production support systems and resolve complex frontend, API, backend, and cloud issues.
- Define architectural standards and provide technical oversight, code reviews, and guidance on software quality, security, and performance.
- Build C#/.NET microservices and APIs, Angular applications, self-service applications, API gateways, and multi-tenant onboarding systems.
- Use Azure Cloud services and implement monitoring, disaster recovery planning, automated testing, and delivery pipelines.
- Lead incident and problem management while monitoring production environments for reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Apply ITAD and reverse logistics domain knowledge to asset lifecycle management solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5–8 years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development expertise with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud services.
- Experience designing and scaling enterprise systems with high traffic and transaction volumes.
- Experience stabilizing and enhancing L1 and L3 production support systems.
- Experience building self-service applications, API gateways, and tenant onboarding systems for multi-tenant platforms.
- Familiarity with IT Asset Disposition, reverse logistics, and related business processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience leading onsite-offshore technical teams and mentoring senior engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
