Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions from technical conception through production operation.
- Lead or support the creation of copilots, automations, and customer and internal assistants with quality, security, and scalability.
- Evolve the LLMOps platform with focus on governance, traceability, observability, cost, and security.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and operations teams to define and implement business-impacting solutions.
- Define and disseminate Generative AI CI/CD practices across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Investigate production failures and incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose structural improvements.
- Promote technical best practices, code reviews, solution standardization, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and NLP techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and libraries or frameworks such as LangChain and Transformers.
- Advanced experience with RAG architectures, including re-ranking, dynamic chunking, and context-sensitive retrieval.
- Solid knowledge of Git and relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience applying Data Science to unstructured data.
- Practical LLMOps experience with pipelines, versioning, monitoring, model evaluation, and model cost control.
- Ability to make technical decisions or strongly influence the team as a technical reference.
- Ability to translate business demands into viable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, collaborative ownership, and continuous delivery orientation.
- Experience working in agile environments with product thinking and incremental improvement.
- Preferred experience with open-source models such as Mistral, LLaMA, Mixtral, and Phi.
- Preferred experience with autonomous agents or workflow orchestration using LangGraph or similar tools.
- Knowledge of emerging protocols and standards such as MCP and A2A.
