Base Salary
$148k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality APIs and services for subscribers and payment infrastructure.
- Collaborate with AI tools to create specifications, generate code, and perform reviews.
- Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the Growth team.
- Build across the full stack to deliver polished and reliable user experiences.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and help evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or similar distributed streaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts.
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience using AI coding tools as a genuine development partner.
