Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain accounting-focused software for Amazon FBA operations.
- Reconcile settlement, return, statement, inventory, and ledger reports into a unified accounting system.
- Integrate Amazon SP API data to automate financial reporting and data consolidation.
- Analyze discrepancies, identify errors, and ensure financial-data accuracy.
- Provide insights and reporting for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and analytics teams to streamline accounting workflows.
- Maintain compliance with Amazon policies, financial standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA financial reports, including settlement, return, statement, inventory, and ledger reports.
- Strong expertise in accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Experience designing, building, or maintaining accounting software or analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with Amazon SP API integration for financial-data consolidation.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity with databases or reporting tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex datasets, and deliver accurate results.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and workflow-optimization ability.
