$133k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and demonstrate innovative solutions for high visibility customers.
- Lead technical sales engagements and collaborate with sales teams to design solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business processes and challenges.
- Establish yourself as a strategic partner to various departments.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Smartsheet products and competitors.
- Seek opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a PreSales Solutions Engineer or related role in SaaS.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a growth mindset.
- Experience with relevant technologies such as CWM, DAM, MAM, ECM.
- Strong technical skills and comfort in high-pressure situations.
- Consultative approach to problem solving and solution positioning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
