Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and develop actionable roadmaps.
- Design scalable solutions that evolve with customers' growth and ensure long-term value creation.
- Prioritize frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes in subscription management and Order-to-Revenue processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into industry trends and process optimizations.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational agility and competitive advantage.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to maximize customer value.
- Lead workshops to assess and optimize configurations and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops to refine configurations and improve system performance.
- Lead technical configuration and integration reviews with optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on proficiency in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules.
- 10+ years of experience in Billing and Revenue Management and ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
- Proven ability to deliver customer-aligned roadmaps and strategic advisory.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, and ETL for system integration.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
