Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning or applied research.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong software engineering skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and its impact on model performance.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical work into business impact.
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and a bias toward action.
- Bonus: Experience with online learning or reinforcement learning.
