Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build multilingual product infrastructure, locale-aware routing, translation workflows, localized content systems, and automated localization QA checks.
- Develop localized landing pages, onboarding flows, examples, templates, signup and activation experiments, lifecycle experiences, and market-specific campaign pages.
- Build international SEO systems including multilingual and programmatic SEO pages, hreflang, canonical, sitemap, metadata, structured data, and high-performance SSR/SSG/ISR pages.
- Improve international monetization through localized currencies, country-specific pricing, checkout and payment UX, and tax, billing, and invoice experiences.
- Analyze international funnel data to identify acquisition, activation, creation, and payment bottlenecks and prioritize experiments.
- Own growth features end to end, including design partnership, implementation, experiment readouts, and follow-up iteration.
Requirements
- Strong frontend engineering skills, especially with React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks such as Next.js.
- Experience building user-facing product features.
- Strong product sense, growth mindset, and ability to ship experiments quickly and measure their impact.
- Understanding of SEO, web performance, conversion funnels, analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics.
- Ability to take ownership and operate with ambiguity while communicating clearly and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience with i18n, localization, globalization systems, multilingual or programmatic SEO, international pricing and payments, checkout flows, or consumer growth experiments is preferred.
- Experience with global consumer products, translation management tools, localization QA workflows, regional user behavior, international go-to-market, or cultural adaptation is preferred.
