Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces end to end and turn rough ideas into shipped, measured features.
- Scope ambiguous product goals into testable, instrumented features and measure their impact.
- Break down ambiguous work, sequence it, and drive it to production.
- Build full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and founders developing world models and embodied AI systems.
- Use AI-native engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex to accelerate delivery.
- Make product decisions independently and iterate based on real usage.
Requirements
- A track record of shipping real products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Approximately 3+ years building and shipping production web products, with track record weighted more heavily than years.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with excellent React, Next.js, and TypeScript experience.
- Backend engineering judgment, including database schema design, system architecture, and understanding of tradeoffs.
- Strong technical communication and the ability to explain tradeoffs, create clear plans, and drive alignment.
- Sound product and UX judgment.
- Experience with modern web application architecture, scalable backend services and APIs, and AI-native product workflows is valued.
- Bonus experience may include agent or LLM-powered product features, founding or 0-to-1 engineering, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Blender, or related world-building tools.
