Responsibilities
- Scope fuzzy product goals into testable features and measure their impact.
- Break down ambiguous work and drive it to production.
- Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and founders.
- Use AI-native engineering tools to expedite shipping.
- Own product surfaces end-to-end and make product decisions independently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping production web products.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, particularly in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Excellent backend engineering judgment and understanding of system architecture.
- Strong technical communication skills to clarify ambiguity and drive alignment.
- Sound product and UX judgment to determine what features are worth building.
