Responsibilities

Collaborate with teammates and customers to understand technical challenges and translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
Drive the roadmap and 0-to-1 creation of new software products.
Design, implement, rapidly iterate, and deploy software from concept through production.
Analyze market demands, user expectations, and qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide technical and product decisions.
Identify technical improvements and innovations and implement enhancements across products and processes.
Establish and standardize coding practices for high-quality, maintainable software.
Present technical and product concepts and solutions to the broader team.
Stay informed about competitive trends, emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry developments.

At least 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably building B2B SaaS products.
Strong expertise with Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and relevant development tools.
Experience establishing coding standards and maintaining engineering best practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred experience building generative AI applications, working with agentic frameworks, or applying prompt engineering techniques.
Experience at an early-stage startup or during significant company growth is preferred.
Experience evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve engineering practices and product capabilities is preferred.
