Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teammates and customers to understand technical challenges and translate requirements into software solutions.

- Stay informed on trends in the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

- Refine and standardize coding practices for maintainable software.
- Rapidly iterate on software designs from concept to deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
- Strong expertise in programming languages and tools such as Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience establishing and maintaining coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate technical challenges.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
