Base Salary

$140k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and own full-stack product features, including data models and attorney- and client-facing interfaces.
Partner with AI engineers and licensed attorneys to turn legal workflows and contract review playbooks into production software.
Make architecture and tooling decisions that balance immediate speed with long-term foundations.
Write maintainable, reliable code and take ownership of shipped software in production.
Help establish engineering culture, coding standards, and hiring practices as the team grows.

1 to 3 years of experience building and shipping production software.
Strong full-stack capability with TypeScript, React, a modern backend stack, and relational databases.
Hands-on experience building with AI and LLMs through professional or personal projects.
Experience owning features end-to-end and making sound engineering trade-offs under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving, high-ownership environments with minimal process.
Product instincts, entrepreneurial judgment, strong communication, resilience, and a high quality bar.
Experience with modern DevOps, CI/CD, and production monitoring is a plus.
Background in legal tech, contract management, document processing, or working with attorneys is a plus.
