Base Salary
$260k - $306k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects with long-term impact.
- Drive a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple quarters.
- Rally cross-functional teams to complete initiatives without direct management.
- Make strategic decisions that influence Vanta's technical direction.
- Champion engineering excellence by improving processes and methodologies.
- Guide teams on technical decisions and resolve conflicts.
- Address product and operational challenges with impactful solutions.
- Serve as a cultural leader and mentor to elevate team performance.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of industry experience with deep expertise in technical areas.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Mastery in system design and software architecture.
- Extensive experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprises.
- Expertise in building 0→1 products and solving large-scale challenges.
- Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical decisions.
- Open to using AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
