Responsibilities
- Collaborate with scrum teams and digital product owners to analyze business needs and define and refine software requirements.
- Identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy high-complexity integrated software solutions.
- Create software specifications and drive collaboration across teams, products, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and support full-stack software using enterprise technologies and product-specific tools.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Provide production support for products, integrations, and customizations.
- Learn and teach current and legacy technologies in accordance with enterprise guidelines and product needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with Python, JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub.
- Demonstrated knowledge of LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, API-based model usage, and retrieval-augmented generation basics.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems.
- Familiarity with agentic coding and agentic coding tools.
- Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with AI agents or A2A frameworks.
- Preferred: experience building multimodal full-stack multi-agent applications.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
