Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex full-stack software solutions using modern technologies and agile approaches.
- Collaborate directly with customers on technical and conceptual challenges.
- Develop and integrate microservices and address continuous delivery and performance optimization challenges.
- Use AI-powered development and assistance tools for software development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Coach employees, manage development teams, and contribute to expanding the technological offering.
- Help design and ramp up high-skilled teams for different customer projects.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong backend and frontend development knowledge with Java and Spring Boot, or experience with Jakarta EE or MicroProfile implementations such as Quarkus or Micronaut.
- Experience with modern web technologies and at least one common JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in developing and integrating microservices.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing is desirable.
- Proficiency with common development and integration tools and responsible use of AI-powered development tools.
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese at C1 level.
- Interest in technology consulting.
