Responsibilities
- Lead Jabil’s enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, architectures, platforms, and adoption initiatives.
- Define reference architectures for Generative AI, AI Agents, digital twin platforms, computer vision, MLOps, and enterprise AI systems.
- Establish AI standards, governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, security, compliance, risk management, and lifecycle processes.
- Advise executive leaders and business stakeholders on AI capabilities, investments, adoption plans, technical feasibility, and risks.
- Lead geographically distributed development, engineering, data science, and AI teams across strategic initiatives.
- Oversee proofs of concept, experimentation, model evaluation, benchmarking, digital twin development, computer vision deployments, and AI programs.
- Guide AI system requirements, data architectures, interfaces, integration standards, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Drive AI training, adoption programs, capability development, intellectual property, patents, technical publications, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 15 years of progressively increasing technical leadership experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a master’s degree.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide technology adoption initiatives.
- Demonstrated innovation through patents, publications, white papers, industry presentations, or recognized technical leadership.
- Experience leading geographically distributed technical teams and strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing enterprise architectures, technology strategies, or large-scale software, data, cloud, or AI platforms.
- Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives involving Generative AI, large language models, AI Agents, computer vision, digital twins, machine learning, intelligent automation, or predictive analytics.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience are accepted.
