Base Salary

$150k - $217k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Support, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership to define and drive the technical support innovation roadmap for AI/ML products.
  • Understand customer issues and advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot and mitigate complex systemic problems faced by customers.
  • Define standards for support processes, telemetry, tooling, and operational readiness to improve technical support and customer experience.
  • Oversee support launch readiness and identify opportunities to transform the support experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Nine years of experience in a technical role involving troubleshooting or triaging technical issues.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, ADK, generative AI, and AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes.
  • Experience with web technologies including HTTP, HTML, DNS, and TCP.
  • Experience using AI to build, read, and debug code in any language.
  • Preferred experience leading projects or initiatives from design or concept through delivery.
  • Preferred ability to analyze and influence systems architecture and design patterns for supportability, debuggability, and diagnosability.
  • Preferred leadership and influencing skills in AI or machine learning, including designing and implementing AI-based solutions, web services, and debugging tools.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $150000 - $217000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
