Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for cloud operations and guide the team.
- Coordinate daily cloud operations, ensuring incidents, requests, and changes meet agreed service levels.
- Monitor operational performance, manage backlogs, identify risks, and escalate issues.
- Lead resolution of complex technical issues and drive automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
- Mentor Cloud Operations Engineers and support their technical development.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to improve the cloud platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
- Ability to work independently.
