Base Salary
$150k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build an agent-ready iOS platform for building, running, testing, screenshotting, and iterating through the app.
- Define iOS feature-development architecture and ship developer tools and shared frameworks.
- Improve regression detection, incident prevention, observability, testing, builds, and CI/CD to raise reliability and release quality.
- Partner with mobile AI and core product engineers to evaluate iOS capabilities and establish platform standards.
- Earn adoption for platform APIs, workflows, and engineering practices through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Deep iOS engineering experience building and deploying mobile applications used by millions.
- Experience with mobile platform or infrastructure work such as CI/CD, testing platforms, build systems, developer tooling, or shared frameworks.
- Strong understanding of multiple iOS architecture approaches and their trade-offs.
- Ability to partner with product engineers and influence adoption without relying on formal authority.
- Comfort using AI tools and agents as engineering collaborators, including reviewing generated changes and testing behavior.
