Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrating AI capabilities into core products.
- Develop deep product, technology, and AI ecosystem knowledge.
- Architect and write code for complex, highly scalable systems and AI-driven features.
- Creatively solve complex problems with a focus on delivering customer value.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive successful outcomes and champion AI adoption.
- Review architecture and technical approaches to ensure organizational alignment.
- Provide actionable technical feedback and mentorship to engineers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and integrating AI into commercial products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks like Vue, React, Flask, and SpringBoot.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Strong technical mentor with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
