Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the growth engineering function by partnering with the Growth team.
- Implement A/B tests and experiments to improve core funnel metrics.
- Prototype and ship new features that could unlock significant growth.
- Advocate for growth-minded thinking across the company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in growth engineering or user-facing funnels.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience building production web applications.
- Full-stack engineering skills in frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Ruby on Rails preferred).
- Ability to drive projects from idea to shipped experiment.
- Positive attitude that aligns with the company's ethos.
