Base Salary
$130k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build custom solutions using a variety of technologies.
- Lead small teams and mentor junior team members.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for clients.
- Execute projects from start to finish across the SDLC.
- Explore and develop in cloud technologies and modern applications.
- Utilize AI strategically to enhance client solutions.
- Present findings and solutions to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning and community service events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Skilled problem solver with a desire to create innovative solutions.
- Adaptable attitude to balance multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
