Responsibilities
- Guide end-to-end implementation projects for merchants.
- Design scalable API-based integration solutions from concept to go-live.
- Act as a trusted technical partner during the integration process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to improving delivery quality by sharing insights and identifying patterns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with APIs, web technologies, or programming.
- Strong technical curiosity and a fast learning mindset.
- Ability to understand how systems work beyond just functionality.
- Responsible and proactive approach to work.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
