Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend and full-stack feature development, testing, release, and delivery of production-ready code.
- Collaborate on module design, API and interface definition, system integration, deployment, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD-related configurations.
- Integrate LLM APIs, build basic RAG pipelines, and embed tool and agent capabilities into existing systems.
- Build and maintain evaluation datasets and benchmarks, track online performance, and debug issues.
- Produce technical documentation and communicate across teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one primary programming language, with Python required; Java, Go, TypeScript, and JavaScript are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, debugging, unit and integration testing, APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Some AI/LLM project or internship experience, including prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, vector databases, or LangChain/LangGraph, is advantageous.
- Experience with web or backend services, caching, message queues, concurrency, performance tuning, containerization, deployment, cloud platforms, observability, LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, data feedback loops, or basic fine-tuning is advantageous.
- Able to commit to at least six months, five days per week.
