Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for enterprise data ingestion and transformation.
- Develop high-performance data warehousing and storage systems for AI models, search capabilities, and analytics.
- Implement data quality monitoring, alerting, governance, privacy, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Partner with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver infrastructure for product features and AI capabilities.
- Optimize pipelines for cost, latency, and resource usage and drive best practices in data modeling, schema design, and orchestration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
