Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.
- Build and support Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Assist with integrations, testing, and UAT coordination.
- Support production issues, fixes, enhancements, incidents, and deployment support.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and track progress.
- Maintain documentation, controls, and delivery quality.
- Contribute to solution thinking, architecture discussions, and scaling support.
- Support automation delivery from requirements through production support and business-facing coordination.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with web-based query tools.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and basic project management experience.
- Preferred experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, including building Power Apps applications from scratch.
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, integrations, custom connectors, APIs, JavaScript, Python, AI Builder, Golang, or React.
- Experience supporting UAT and production environments, RPA or automation support, and attended or unattended automation.
- Ability to explain technical decisions, troubleshoot issues, communicate with stakeholders, and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
Benefits
- Base hourly rate of USD $32.60 per hour.
