Responsibilities
- Design and develop workflow orchestration services that integrate AI capabilities for automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Build intelligent agents that automate operational activities, infrastructure management, and support processes.
- Develop orchestration services for complex processing workflows and distributed systems.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into operational platforms.
- Develop REST APIs, backend services, and Python applications for automation, workflow orchestration, and systems integration.
- Integrate AI with monitoring platforms to enable proactive operational support.
- Collaborate with Operations Engineers to identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual procedures.
Requirements
- Strong software development experience in Python.
- Experience designing and developing backend services and REST APIs.
- Strong experience integrating AI models and Large Language Models.
- Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience developing automation platforms and workflow orchestration systems.
- Solid knowledge of Linux environments and experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Experience with Docker, containerized applications, Git, distributed systems, and modern software development workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platforms is valued.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Infrastructure as Code, MLOps concepts, or DevOps environments is valued.
- Ability to transform operational requirements into automated software solutions.
