Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning components.
- Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.
- Automate provisioning and integrations using Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Integrate IdentityIQ with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.
- Support segregation of duties, access reviews, governance, and audit compliance processes.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in IAM.
- Strong hands-on experience developing with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, JML, provisioning, and certifications.
- SQL knowledge, including Oracle or SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- SailPoint certification is preferred.
